The Inland Waterways Museum is located within the oldest surviving antebellum building in Paducah’s historic downtown. This two-story, double-pile, brick structure was built in 1843 to house the newly formed branch Bank of Louisville. It was also the original location of Henry A Petter Supply Company. Today, the beautifully restored second floor, the Founders Room, overlooks the confluence of the Ohio and Tennessee Rivers.
